foreign language training .The Center focused
itself on "Hybrid Rice Extension",
and organized actively international hybrid
rice technology training course for more than
600 governmental administrational officers,
agro-technicians, researchers, and enterprises
and companies' technicians from more than
50 Countries and regions. Through the advanced
hybrid rice technology and the international
exchange, the Center has established an extensive
relation on scientific and technological,
economic and trade cooperation, and cultural
exchange; besides, it has opened up different
types of cooperation projects with more than
60 Countries and regions such as Uzbekistan,
Sri Lanka, the Philippines, Brazil, Bangladesh.
The Center will adopt the modern enterprises'
management methods to develop the international
